clickSURVEY
clickSURVEY was developed to give ClickSquared’s clients the ability to both measure customer satisfaction with their products and services and to gather and supplement customer preferences. Using ClickSquared's Cross-Channel Marketing HubSM, survey emails can be automatically triggered after a specific customer event (visit, purchase, etc.) to help measure satisfaction and round-out an existing customer profile. Collected survey data can be incorporated into reports and dashboards, stored and summarized to understand satisfaction over time, and directly incorporated into your customer data mart.

Features include:
- Custom Design Capabilities: clickSURVEY gives you the flexibility and tools to completely customize your surveys. Your team can create unlimited templates, add logos to any survey, specify font family, weight, size, and color for all survey text, specify all colors, display a border, set buttons or text for survey navigation, and even specify survey alignment within the browser. You decide when and how the survey runs, and can create libraries so you can re-use existing elements.
- Survey Building: clickSURVEY supports twenty-one different question types, including skip logic, piping answers, random answers, scored surveys, and matrix questions to get the information you need. Your team has the ability to copy entire survey pages, create questions by copying existing questions from the same or existing surveys, and support an unlimited number of questions per survey with an unlimited number of answers per question.
- Execution: Since clickSURVEY is part of ClickSquared's Cross-Channel Marketing Hub, you can leverage its robust functionality for sending email invitations, creating, managing, and filtering email lists, sending follow-up emails to recipients of an email message based on response status, viewing and tracking response history, and giving users the ability to decline and/or opt-out of survey participation.
- Reporting: Survey data is easily integrated into your other cross-channel reporting. You also have a full complement of survey-specific reports to fully understand the survey information you’ve collected. Choices include: summary reports, summary lists of individual responses, the ability to view all individual responses, respondent reports of all survey responses for specific user, the ability to compare response counts between surveys, graphical charts, pie charts, graph selection/display options, and the ability to assign question aliases for more concise reporting. There's even a SPSS Condensed Export option.
