clickSURVEY was developed to give ClickSquared’s clients the ability to both measure customer satisfaction with their products and services and to gather and supplement customer preferences. Using ClickSquared's Cross-Channel Marketing HubSM, survey emails can be automatically triggered after a specific customer event (visit, purchase, etc.) to help measure satisfaction and round-out an existing customer profile.
