Sam leads business strategy and operations for ClickSquared. As an experienced leader of venture-backed technology companies, he has led businesses to rapid growth and profitability and achieved significant shareholder returns for investors. Sam has over 25 years of executive management and leadership experience in the technology and marketing industries, and has served in a variety of roles with global brands. Most recently, Sam was president of Zoom Information where he led day-to-day operations and oversaw the company’s growth strategy into the marketing services and sales intelligence arenas. Prior to ZoomInfo, he was president and CEO of BuyerZone.com, an online marketplace for business purchasing which he led through its successful acquisition by Reed Elsevier (NYSE: RUK). Sam also spent ten years at American Express, holding a variety of senior marketing roles in both B2B and B2C business units. He began his career as a management consultant at Bain & Company. He has also served as board director and advisor to fast-growing venture-backed businesses including Performable (acquired by HubSpot), Locu, Artfact, and The Active Network (NYSE: ACTV). Sam graduated with honors from Dartmouth College and earned a Masters of Management with distinction from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Outside of work, Sam is involved in a number of philanthropic and community-service organizations. He is the president of the New England regional board of the American Technion Society. He is a member of the Lexington, MA CommUNITY committee organizing the annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemoration. Sam has served as head agent for his Dartmouth College class, reunion and Alumni Admissions representative at Kellogg, as a board member at Temple Isaiah, and has spent significant time as a volunteer at Rosie’s Place, the Special Olympics and Junior Achievement.
Michaela leads ClickSquared’s finance organization and is responsible for all financial and administrative functions of the company. Michaela brings over fifteen years of experience in the financial services arena. Prior to joining ClickSquared, Michaela spent seven years in the venture capital/private equity industry in several roles, including controller, M&A deal structuring and portfolio management. Michaela began her career at Arthur Andersen, earning her CPA while servicing clients in the private equity and technology sectors. Michaela enjoys building financial and operational infrastructure to support the growth of mid-market companies. She believes in a culture of transparency and focuses on key business metrics to drive company value. Michaela has a BS in Accountancy from Bentley College and a MBA from Harvard Business School. Michaela currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Harvard Business School Women’s Alumni Association.
Ross is responsible for leading the product operations team which includes product management, development, quality assurance, release management and application support. He has nearly twenty years experience in product development and more than a dozen specifically in marketing automation software. Over the course of his career, Ross has been both an individual contributor and responsible for managing all aspects of the software development process. During this time, he has built teams with an emphasis on quality and continuous improvement leveraging agile processes with both on and offshore resources. Ross has complemented his engineering discipline and leadership skills by developing a rich understanding of marketing technology and the user community through his involvement in the development, implementation and operation of marketing automation platforms, reporting and analytics, databases, interactive applications and channel fulfillment. Prior to joining ClickSquared, Ross spent five years as product engineer at Con Tek Valves. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA with a concentration in information systems from Georgia State University.
Bob manages service delivery and client operations which include the project management office, solution architecture, client engineering and education. He has over fifteen years experience in operations and professional services and brings extensive experience in delivering multi-tenant SaaS solutions and enterprise-class application implementations. Prior to joining ClickSquared, Bob was the vice president of service delivery for The Pedowitz Group, a leading revenue marketing agency, based in Alpharetta, Ga. Bob also held various professional services leadership positions at Deploy Solutions, Kronos and OnceSource Information Systems. He holds a BA in Political Science from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
Shane has been with ClickSquared since 2005 and leads sales and channel development. He is responsible for forming strategic alliances with marketing services providers, agencies, business process outsourcers and systems integrators across the globe. Shane launched the ClickSquared London sales office in 2009 on the back of ClickSquared’s expansion into Europe. The EMEA region has experienced significant growth through direct and channel sales and client growth. Previously, Shane led sales efforts in the cable & telco and e-commerce vertical markets in the US. Shane has over 15 years of sales experience in the marketing technology space with previous sales roles at MarketSoft Corporation, Elity Systems and Xchange, Inc. He has a BA from the University of Maine.
Kerry manages product and corporate marketing functions. She brings over 25 years of experience in campaign management, database marketing & analytics. Prior to joining ClickSquared, Kerry was a senior director of solution consulting at Mall Networks where she managed played an integral role in defining and driving card linked loyalty shopping solutions. Kerry spent a number of years at Unica Corporation and Epsilon in a variety of technical sales and consulting roles. She has worked with companies across many industries including sports, retail, financial services, insurance, travel & hospitality, consumer packaged goods, publishing, and telecommunications. Kerry started her career at the Home Shopping Network as a manager of marketing analysis. She has a BA in Arts from Providence College and a MBA in Business Administration specializing in Marketing and Information Technology from the University of South Florida.
With more than 20 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry, Robert King has held marketing, sales and senior management positions at a variety of organizations. Bob works with ClickSquared clients throughout North America and Europe to develop and implement effective cross-channel marketing programs that bring measurable bottom-line results.
Prior to joining ClickSquared, King was senior vice president at Intrawest Corporation ULC in Vancouver, BC, where he led the corporate marketing services organization and implemented ully integrated CRM and web marketing programs that were the primary drivers of resort revenue.
Before Intrawest, Bob was senior vice president of global sales and distribution for Alitalia Airlines in Rome, Italy, where he was responsible for Alitalia’s global sales organization, websites, call centers, city ticket offices and loyalty program. Prior to Alitalia, Bob was the CEO of Neat Group, Inc., a pioneer in online dynamic packaging for the travel and hospitality industry. Before the Neat Group, Bob was an officer at Continental Airlines, Inc. where he led its North American field sales organization, and earlier, was responsible for Continental’s global network of cooperative marketing alliances.
Bob has been a featured speaker at various industry tradeshows and is often quoted in leading travel and hospitality publications.
With more than 20 years of experience in the field of information technology and operations, Greg Garnys has held executive management positions for blue chip businesses that span a variety of industries. As managing director, Greg works with ClickSquared clients throughout Europe to develop and implement highly targeted, timely, cross-channel and email database marketing solutions that deliver measureable results for clients.
Prior to this position, Greg was chief operating officer for two years at ClickSquared Europe where he was responsible for operations and all end-to-end delivery of ongoing projects. Previously Greg was chief information officer, operations and contact center director at Carlson Marketing, Northampton, UK. He also held positions at Identex/WWAV Rapp Collins Group in Crawley, West Sussex, UK as a chief technology officer and was Digital Interactive Consultant at TargetBase Business Solutions, in Middlesbrough, UK.
He holds a double degree — bachelor of computer science and bachelor of arts — from Teesside University and Music in his native Poland.
Scott is responsible for Corporate IT, Information Security, and SaaS Platform operations for ClickSquared. An IT veteran with more than 20 years experience in the technology industry, Scott has a record of accomplishment and demonstrated success managing all areas of information technology including operations, development, support, and project management for large institutions and small start-up companies. Prior to joining ClickSquared, Scott directed the application and website development for Apogee Interactive where he frequently conducted webinars for the utility industry on website design, trends, and the use of social media in business. Scott has also held various technical management positions with Verizon and MCI where he received several leadership awards during his ten year tenure. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama, as well as a degree in Computer Science.
