Wayne Townsend — Chief Executive Officer

With more than a dozen years in CRM, direct marketing and analytics, Wayne Townsend brings deep experience to his post as CEO of ClickSquared. Wayne joined ClickSquared from Elity Systems, where he served as president and chief executive officer of the event-triggered solutions provider through its acquisition by MarketSoft. Over the course of his career, he has helped transition startups like Xchange Applications, Inc., a Boston-based leader in analytic customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, through rapid growth to successful IPO. Wayne has held a variety of executive roles in sales and service, product strategy, marketing, and product management. In addition to solutions integration experience with Epsilon, an American Express company, and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Wayne is a former United States Air Force Captain, who worked as manager of the F-15E Strike Eagle program. He is a graduate of MIT, with a BS in mechanical engineering, and the University of Dayton, with an MS in mechanical engineering.
Stephen Henkenmeier — Chief Financial Officer

Stephen Henkenmeier joined ClickSquared in December 2010 as Chief Financial Officer. In this position, Henkenmeier works closely with CEO Wayne Townsend and the executive team members to further accelerate the company’s market expansion, enhance profitability and improve internal processes while also playing a key role in strategic planning. Before joining ClickSquared, Henkenmeier was the chief financial officer and executive vice president for M|C Communications (M|C), a leading provider of continuing medical education for physicians. In this role, he was a member of the three-person executive leadership team that was responsible for engineering M|C’s turnaround. Prior to M|C, Henkenmeier was vice president of finance for Novell. Before that, Steve was a partner in the Business Consulting Services division of IBM Global Services. In this role, Henkenmeier managed business development, offering strategy, alliance negotiations and due diligence. He’s also held senior positions at Mainspring and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Steve earned his MBA from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Henkenmeier is a certified public accountant (CPA).
Michael McGonagle — Chief Technology Officer

With over 20 years developing and delivering successful software solutions across a variety of application areas, Mr. McGonagle brings extensive experience in developing multi-tenant SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions and enterprise-class marketing applications to his new position at ClickSquared. In his new role, McGonagle will be responsible for ClickSquared’s overall technology direction, as well as overseeing product development, product management and the information technology functions. Before coming to ClickSquared, he was the Vice President of Software Engineering at Kronos, a global leader in workforce management applications. Prior to Kronos, Mr. McGonagle held a number of executive positions, including CTO at Deploy Solutions, and was co-founder and CTO at Exchange Applications, a pioneer in the marketing technology space. Mr. McGonagle also has extensive experience in near-shoring and off-shoring, having managed remote teams at both Kronos and Deploy, and is a member of the Boston Chapter of the Technology Leadership Council.
Mike Sadeghpour — Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales

Mike manages and leads the global sales team. He has over twenty years experience in managing and leading sales organizations across multiple industries. Prior to joining ClickSquared, Mike was the EVP of sales and service for Grand Circle Travel, a leader in providing international travel to Americans over 50. As owner of ReGenerate, a positive psychology training company, Mike delivered keynotes and training to leading organizations such as Staples, Cisco Systems, RSA Security, Forrester Research, Silicon Valley Bank, Yankee Group, and IBM. Mike spent four years as VP of North American sales at Forrester Research where he spearheaded multiple initiatives designed to drive sales and scale the sales organization. He was also responsible for integrating the North American and global sales forces when Forrester acquired Giga Information Group. Mike has held senior positions at Molex (ModTap) and Draka Intercable. Mike served as an NCAA Division I assistant men’s ice hockey coach at Rensselaer where he conducted performance improvement field studies at the individual and team levels. He has a BS in Communications and an MS in Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and also completed a six-month University of Pennsylvania program specializing in Positive Psychology.
Dan Smith — Senior Vice President, Marketing

Dan manages product and corporate marketing functions. He has over twenty years experience in the enterprise software industry with domain expertise in direct and interactive marketing, behavior monitoring, enterprise application integration (EAI) and customer relationship management. Prior to joining ClickSquared, Dan was the VP of channel development at Unica where he managed Unica’s MSP and reseller partnerships throughout the Americas. Before its acquisition by Unica, Dan was the CMO at MarketSoft, where he managed product and corporate marketing, business development, demand generation and channel sales. Dan spent six years as vice president of worldwide product marketing for Pegasystems, Inc., a leading business process management (BPM) software vendor. He’s held senior positions at M & T Bank and Chemical Bank, and founded a microbrewery, the Queen City Beer Company. He has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University, and a MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School.
Robert King — General Manager, Travel & Hospitality

With more than 20 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry, Robert King has held marketing, sales and senior management positions at a variety of organizations. Bob works with ClickSquared clients throughout North America and Europe to develop and implement effective cross-channel marketing programs that bring measurable bottom-line results.
Prior to joining ClickSquared, King was senior vice president at Intrawest Corporation ULC in Vancouver, BC, where he led the corporate marketing services organization and implemented fully integrated CRM and web marketing programs that were the primary drivers of resort revenue.
Before Intrawest, Bob was senior vice president of global sales and distribution for Alitalia Airlines in Rome, Italy, where he was responsible for Alitalia’s global sales organization, websites, call centers, city ticket offices and loyalty program. Prior to Alitalia, Bob was the CEO of Neat Group, Inc., a pioneer in online dynamic packaging for the travel and hospitality industry. Before the Neat Group, Bob was an officer at Continental Airlines, Inc. where he led its North American field sales organization, and earlier, was responsible for Continental’s global network of cooperative marketing alliances.
Bob has been a featured speaker at various industry tradeshows and is often quoted in leading travel and hospitality publications.
Mark Mosholder — Senior Vice President, Services & Operations

Mark Mosholder has been at ClickSquared for nearly 10 years where he is the senior vice president of services and operations. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of service implementation and execution. This includes client services, client engineering, and fulfilment operations.
Mosholder has extensive experience in operations and product development. Prior to joining ClickSquared, he was a product manager at the Clarus Corporation where he was responsible for the ongoing evolution of several software product lines. Before that, he was the director of product management at Tango Networks where he was responsible for developing its product road map, and spearheading development and definition of product features to keep Tango Networks competitive in the marketplace.
Mosholder’s experience also includes 13 years at United Parcel Service (UPS), where he held a variety of different positions in corporate marketing, industrial engineering and operations. Mosholder has a BA in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Shorter College.
Greg Garnys — Managing Director, Europe

With more than 20 years of experience in the field of information technology and operations, Greg Garnys has held executive management positions for blue chip businesses that span a variety of industries. As managing director, Greg works with ClickSquared clients throughout Europe to develop and implement highly targeted, timely, cross-channel and email database marketing solutions that deliver measureable results for clients.
Prior to this position, Greg was chief operating officer for two years at ClickSquared Europe where he was responsible for operations and all end-to-end delivery of ongoing projects. Previously Greg was chief information officer, operations and contact center director at Carlson Marketing, Northampton, UK. He also held positions at Identex/WWAV Rapp Collins Group in Crawley, West Sussex, UK as a chief technology officer and was Digital Interactive Consultant at TargetBase Business Solutions, in Middlesbrough, UK.
He holds a double degree — bachelor of computer science and bachelor of arts — from Teesside University and Music in his native Poland.
