Business Development Specialist

As part of ClickSquared’s Hub product launch and accelerated growth, ClickSquared is looking for new business sales support representatives to fuel further expansion. This role is part of new business, sales and reports to the Director of Sales for EMEA.
The Business Development Specialist works with the sales team to identify opportunities within named prospects or within set territories. The Business Development Specialist leverages a defined sales process with supporting tools to ensure a consistent and unified approach to selling ClickSquared’s solutions. This is a high-volume telephone and email contact environment that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative, and a desire to work as part of a team.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Enthusiastically achieve designated call volumes and meeting-setting metrics
- Communicate effectively in writing and via the telephone
- Understand business goals, objectives and challenges within specific sectors and job functions
- Engage prospects via the phone to outline the unique solution of ClickSquared and to create sufficient interest to secure an introductory meeting with a ClickSquared business development manager
- Develop an understanding of clients’ business issues and how to articulate and differentiate the value proposition of ClickSquared
- Understand the changing business and technology issues facing our target market
Required Experience:
- B.S. or B.A. or equivalent experience
- Proven sales skills and strong telephone skills
