Business Analyst
location: Duluth, GA and Scottsdale, AZ
The Business Analyst owns the functional solution for all ClickSquared implementation projects. The BA works directly with internal functional and technical team members; and is looked upon as one of the key decision makers for the project. In this role you must use several methods to gather and define business requirements including reviewing current documentation, interviewing functional and technical personnel. The BA will become a subject matter expert in ClickSquared’s products, using this expertise to solution appropriate offerings to the client. The BA will define documents and validate business requirements and assure those business requirements are adhered to throughout the project. Responsibilities will also include defining solutions and making recommendations to support those solutions; respond to and follow-up questions related to the business requirements.
This position requires an individual who can work well under pressure, multi-task, learn the business (marketing programs, tactics, and business rules) quickly, and be proactive with the client -- driving toward decision/resolution on open issues, always seeking the business context around an operational request. Attention to detail, strong listening skills, and good verbal and written communications are required.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
- Moderate database SQL skills are preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
