Health Plans
ClickSquared offers a choice of group health plans based on your geographical location that enables you to select the best plan to meet your family's needs. Your premiums are deducted from your pay on a pre-tax basis.
ClickSquared offers a comprehensive benefit package for you, your family (including your spouse or domestic partner) and all eligible dependents. The benefits described here are effective on your date of hire, unless otherwise noted, and are subject to change. Your premiums and/or savings contributions are deducted from your pay on a semi-monthly basis with payroll being on the 15th and last day of the month. To be eligible for benefits, employees must work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Medical
ClickSquared offers eligible employees either the Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO or PPO option. All medical plans provide coverage for eligible expenses incurred for emergency care, medical services in the doctor’s office or hospital and prescriptions drug coverage. With the PPO option you have the flexibility to seek care from an extensive national network of preferred medical providers and referrals are not necessary.
Dental
The Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental plan helps employees pay for a variety of dental expenses including preventative, restorative, and orthodontic treatment.
Vision
Employees may enroll in the VSP vision plan which provides coverage for eye exams, lenses and frames or contact lenses.
Behavioral Health Benefits
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP Advantage) is available to all employees. The coverage provides confidential consultation for a wide range of problems including mental health, marital and family issues, substance abuse issues, and financial and legal matters.
Healthcare Flexible Spending Account
This program allows employees to set aside up to $3,000 per Benefit Plan Year on a pre-tax basis, to pay for un-reimbursed health care (medical, dental, vision, etc.) expenses and reduce their taxable income.
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
Allows employees to defer up to $5,000 per Benefit Plan and Calendar Year on a pre-tax basis to pay for dependent care expenses for qualified dependents and lower their taxable income.
Transit and Parking Flexible Spending
If you work in our Boston office, you may elect to have transit and/or parking costs (up to a monthly government maximum) deducted from your pay on a pre-tax basis.
Disability Coverage
ClickSquared’s short and long term disability plans provide you with substantial protection for your earnings should you become disabled as defined by the plan(s). This coverage is offered at no cost to you.
Basic Group Term Life
ClickSquared provides life insurance coverage to help employees plan for their survivors’ financial security. ClickSquared automatically provides employees with two times their annual base salary to a maximum of $300,000 at no cost to the employee.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
Under AD&D, an employee's beneficiary will receive an additional two times the annual base salary if death is due to an accident, up to a maximum of $300,000. This program provides the employee 100% of the AD&D benefit for loss of limb due to an accident.
Optional Life/AD&D Coverage
Employees may elect Voluntary Term Life and AD&D of up to five times the annual base salary, not to exceed $300,000. Voluntary Dependent life insurance is available for dependents (spouse and/or children). The Voluntary Life benefits are portable, which provide the ability to continue coverage if employment ends.
401(k) & Roth 401(k) Plans
Employees may contribute, on a pre-tax basis, 1% - 90% of their eligible compensation, up to the IRS annual dollar limited. In addition, eligible participants ages 50 and over are allowed to contribute additional "Catch-Up" contributions. Annually, the Company has the ability to offer a match to those employees who participate in the 401k plan. The target on the discretionary matching contribution is 25% of the first 6% of your salary that you contribute into the 401(k) plan.
Paid Time Off
ClickSquared offers a flexible and generous employee time-off policy which includes vacation, sick and personal days. In addition, the Company also recognizes the 9 core holidays.
