Systems Support Technician
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
:: Responsibilities:
- Basic understanding of Active Directory 2003 User Environment
- Basic understanding of common Internet service protocols: DNS, POP-3, IMAP, SMTP, HTTP, NNTP, LDAP, DHCP etc.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network and Printer issues.
- Hands on experience installing, configuring, and supporting Windows XP Pro,
- Windows 2000, MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, and other client server applications.
- Experience and understanding of helpdesk ticketing software
- Assisting in developing end-user documentation and training materials.
:: Required Non-Technical Skills:
- Candidate MUST posses exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to clearly communicate to users, staff and team members
- Must be able to lift 30 50 lbs.
- Strong administrative skills and experience
- Positive attitude and work ethic
- Highly motivated team player
- Information Technology or Business degree and 1 + years of IT experience preferred.
- Certifications are helpful; A+, MCP, Network+, MCSE
