Production Developer (direct mail & email)
Location: Atlanta, GA
The Production Developer will be responsible for implementing direct mail and email marketing programs on the ClickSquared software platform for different clients. The position will require the candidate to interact with the Client to understand the program goals, understand and implement Business Rules, and implement the creative on the ClickSquared software platform. In addition to designing and implementing the program, the candidate will be responsible for developing a Quality Assurance strategy, managing change requests, and training / transition of the program to the production operations team.
:: Required Experience:
- Interact with Client and Solutions team to interpret Business Rules and establish Technical Requirements
- Work with Solutions Team to establish initial estimates based on project scope
- Work with Project Manager to establish delivery timelines based on Technical Requirements
- Establish QC plan based on Clients requirements and Program requirements to ensure high quality output
- Manage design, implementation, testing and launch of program
- Interact with Data team to ensure compatibility with overall Program goals
:: Education, Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience in print, email and/or direct mail marketing is a plus.
- 4 year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Solid understanding of project life cycles.
- Ability to work well with all team members, external and internal.
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
- Need to be detail oriented.
:: Required Skills:
- Extensive experience with Quark, InDesign and/or Photoshop a must.
- Experience with Fireworks preferred but not required.
- Experience with SQL (Queries) preferred but not required.
- Business Analyst capabilities, specifically in the Banking, Finance, Telecom, Retail or Travel industry.
